Fees are based on the perimeter length, difficulty expected due to terrain and briars v flat and open, and the final work product requested. A ground survey with report on a small open lot will be much less than a topographic survey of an overgrown lot in a ravine. I investigate the site through Google Earth, County GIS sites, and frequently by an actual visit before I come up with a fixed fee proposal.
